Building: own a full color set to build houses (evenly across the set) — 4 houses upgrade to a hotel. Sell back at half price. Mortgage properties for half their value (no rent while mortgaged); lift for the mortgage +10%.
Jail: pay $50, use a card, or try rolling doubles (3 tries, then you must pay).
Can’t cover a debt even after selling and mortgaging? You’re bankrupt — your estate goes to your creditor. Last mogul standing owns Tampa Bay. 🌴
